4) Quotes, Pricing, and Availability
Any pricing shown on this website (including blogs, landing pages, or examples) is indicative only unless clearly stated otherwise in a written quote issued by us.
A binding price or booking applies only when we confirm it in writing (for example, by email) and may be subject to:

- servicing/support requirements
- credit checks (where applicable)
5) Forklift Hire and Rental Terms
If you hire/rent equipment from us, the hire is governed by these website Terms plus the specific hire agreement we provide for your booking. If there is any conflict, the hire agreement prevails.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you agree that:
- you will use the forklift safely, lawfully, and only for its intended purpose
- only trained/authorised operators will use the equipment
- you will follow load limits and operating instructions
- you will keep the equipment secure and protected from theft, damage, misuse, or unauthorised use
- you will notify us promptly if the forklift develops faults, performs unusually, or becomes unsafe to operate
We may refuse hire or suspend a hire if site conditions are unsafe, access is not suitable, or equipment is being used improperly.
6) Servicing, Repairs, and Callouts
If you request servicing or repairs, we will confirm scope and pricing (where possible) before work begins. Some faults cannot be fully diagnosed until inspection.
You agree to provide:
- safe access to the equipment and work area
- any relevant site induction requirements (if applicable)
- accurate information about symptoms and operating conditions
If parts are required, completion timeframes can depend on parts availability and supplier lead times.
7) Orders and Purchases (Sales)
If you purchase equipment or parts from us, the sale may be governed by these Terms plus a separate sales agreement, invoice terms, warranty terms, or finance/leasing terms (where applicable). If there is a conflict, the written sales documents prevail.
8) Delivery, Collection, and Site Access
Where delivery or collection is arranged:
- you are responsible for ensuring the site is accessible and safe (including ground conditions, clearances, and unloading/loading access)
- you may be charged for failed deliveries/collections or delays caused by site conditions, restricted access, or inaccurate instructions
Risk and responsibility for equipment during transport will be handled as set out in your booking confirmation or hire/sales documents.
